Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos and explain styling options to encourage upselling
Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight current trends and seasonal collections
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor remains visually appealing
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy,
adhering to phone etiquette standards
Support team members with time management tasks to ensure smooth store operations during busy periods
Experience
Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially within fashion or related industries
Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
Familiarity with merchandising principles and basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations
Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with clients
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining organization
Knowledge of technology sales or product demos is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
