ABA Therapist / Instructor Therapist

We are currently seeking Part-Time ABA Therapists / Instructor Therapists to join our growing team.

We welcome trained therapists and individuals with a degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child and Youth Work (CYW), Social Work, Behavioural Science and Technology, Psychology, or a related field.

Convergency Autism Services is a growing organization dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services in both home-based and centre-based settings. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and certification opportunities for candidates who are current to the ABA field and passionate about supporting children and families.

Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in ECE, CYW, Social Work, Behavioural Science and Technology, or a related field
Experience working with children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities is an asset
RBT certification is preferred but not required
Experience with ABLLS assessments, program development, and data collection is considered a strong asset
Strong communication, teamwork,



and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA programs under clinical supervision
Work directly with children and youth with autism and other developmental disabilities
Collect and maintain accurate session data
Collaborate with supervisors, families, and other team members
Assist with skill acquisition and behaviour support programs
Ability to provide one to one in-home therapy sessions
Ability to travel between our Mississauga and Brampton centres as required for scheduled sessions
Availability for evening shift
