Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team workplace. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining productivity and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties
Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment
Perform general maintenance tasks around the facility
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required
Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors

Requirements




Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks
Solid attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments
Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to completing tasks efficiently
