Front Desk - Main Receptionist
We are seeking a personable and organized individual to manage our front desk. As the first point of contact for our clients, your professionalism and friendly demeanor will be integral in ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and customers with a welcoming and courteous manner
Handling high-volume inbound calls and redirecting calls to the appropriate department.
Experience with a multi-line phone system.

Qualifications:
Secondary School Diploma or Higher (Required)




Fluency in English (Verbal and written skills)
Experience in Customer Service, Reception or similar role (Preferably over 1 year)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
