Core Responsibilities:
Complete injection mold inspection (disassemble, clean and lubricate)
Perform minor repairs to molds including replacement of Ejector pins, horn pins, bushings, electrical connectors, hydraulic hoses, water fittings, repairs to sprue bushing and ejector box components
Troubleshoot and identify potential problems such as: wear of mould components including slides, leader pins, bushings, lifters, rising cores, ejection etc.

Attributes:

Able to work in a quick paced manufacturing environment

Work independently with little or no supervision

Mechanically inclined

Able to lift up to 50lbs

Education Requirements/Experience:

Minimum 3 years hands on experience working with Injection Molds,



including 2 plate, 3 plate, hot runner Hydraulic core pulls.

Experience operating a manual mill, lathe and surface grinding equipment; an asset

Hours:

40 hours per week with potential for overtime.
