Who we are: We are an independent automotive shop with 5 hoists located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta and we are looking for an experienced 4th year or journeyman/women to join our team. Co-pay benefits are available after a 3 month probation and salary is straight time and based on experience.

Duties:
Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements, fluid exchanges etc.
Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and brake system failures.

-Remove and replace engines and transmission repair or replacement
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex automotive issues.
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed on vehicles.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs in a clear and understandable manner.
Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working setting.

Requirements:

For 4 Year Applicants
High school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of trade schooling and experience.

For journeyman applicants




Completion of an automotive technician training program with 5 + years experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools, equipment and computers.
Must have your own tools
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $38.00-$48.00 per hour
