Duties
Assist in implementing engaging educational activities tailored to young children’s developmental needs
Support classroom management and maintain a positive, inclusive learning workplace
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to promote understanding and collaboration
Help supervise children during daily routines, playtime, meals, and rest periods
Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and behavior
Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or requiring special education services

Requirements
Proficiency in English; reading, writing, and speaking
Experience working with children in childcare or early childhood education settings




Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members
Ability to operate basic computer applications and classroom management software
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is highly desirable
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment
Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support young learners effectively

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
