- Oversee PSWs and HSWs to maintain high care standards
- Address concerns raised by staff and families
- Conduct regular leadership huddles and individual meetings
- Initiate safety incident investigations when necessary
- Support nursing documentation and submission guidelines

Requirements:

- RN or RPN registration with no restrictions
- At least 5 years nursing experience
- Proficient in patient health assessments
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Valid driver’s license and access to transport
