- Assist the client in achieving personal goals toward independence
- Provide daily living and personal care assistance
- Promote participation in community activities and recreation

- Collaborate closely with family and support teams Requirements:
- Diploma in Rehabilitation/Social Services with 2 years’ experience
- Certification in First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration
