The Home Support

Worker will report to the Client Care Coordinator, engaging closely with clients to help them manage daily living activities during challenging times. Your key tasks will include personal care, emotional support, and maintenance of a protected, clean home environment. Building strong relationships with clients and their families is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support clients with daily personal care needs




- Assist with meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Follow care plans set by the Client Care Manager
- Ensure safety and enforce agency guidelines

Requirements:

- High school diploma or relevant certification preferred
- Experience working with seniors or disabled persons
- Medical clearance and current First Aid certification required
- Ability to work flexible shifts effectively
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
