Secondary as a compassionate School Counsellor covering maternity leave. Support student mental health while promoting academic and personal growth in a Christ-centered environment. This role involves providing individual and small-group counselling for students in grades 8-12.

You will offer academic advising, assist with career exploration, and work collaboratively with staff and parents. Your contributions will help foster a caring and faith-based school climate that prioritizes student well-being. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group counselling for student support
- Assist with course selection and post-secondary planning
- Collaborate with staff and parents to enhance student success




- Offer crisis intervention and external referrals when needed
- Develop a positive, faith-centered school workplace

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology or related field
- Registration or eligibility for BCACC or BC School Counsellors’ Association
- Experience in a school setting with adolescents is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to Catholic education values
