Stonehenge Therapeutic Community is seeking a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to support addiction and mental health clients in the Guelph-Wellington area. You will work alongside a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, conducting health assessments, crisis interventions, and providing patient education. This role also requires regular travel and participation in extended hours rotations. Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and document clients' mental and physical health needs
- Implement nursing interventions and crisis responses




- Facilitate interdisciplinary care plan discussions
- Assist in managing medication and client education
- Participate in program development and quality improvement

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse in valuable standing with CNO
- Minimum two years' experience in addictions or mental health
- Experience in crisis intervention and withdrawal management
- Reliable vehicle for client transportation
- Completion of vulnerable sector screening
