This role is key to making sure our clients get the right service on time every time! This role can compromise of multiple different departments

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of dispatch or similar work type experience required
Call center experience would be considered an asset
General commercial and residential construction knowledge is an asset
Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn
Excellent customer service skills
Solid interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision under pressure and time constraints in a stressful environment
Logical and critical thinking
General computer knowledge and basic proficiency
Team player
Bilingual

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day communication, via phone, text,



and email with our customers, technicians and administrative staff
Schedule the installation of insulation and HVAC
Provide technicians with the correct job information, manage their daily workload and ensure time constraints on projects are respected
Exercise good judgment and have the company's reputation in mind when dealing with clients
Ensure technician schedule logistics and allotted time for their jobs is feasible
Reviewing the file prior to sending the technician on site to make sure that the file is complete and not missing any info
Wrapping up the file after the work is completed
