Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced, detail-oriented Commercial, Residential Cleaners to join our team as Independent Contractors. You will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services in private homes, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining qualified standards.

Duties
Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Maintain cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and furniture to ensure a hygienic environment.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred




Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
Valuable physical stamina; ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
