Duties
Update Job Descriptions and Job Postings
Conduct Job Evaluations to identify key education and skill and work experience requirements
Conduct screening interviews, assess candidate skills and cultural fit,
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, providing a positive experience that reflects the company's values.res
Maintain accurate recruitment records, generate reports on hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Create Candidate offers
Conduct onboarding for recent hires




Facilitate workstation set up and issuing assigned equipment
Oversee contracts with recruiters

Experience
Recruitment and HR experience
Robust understanding of human resources practices including employee relations, HR sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies
