We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator/Dental Assistant for our patients to join our growing, family-owned dental team in Grimsby.

Responsibilities include:
Patient Interaction: Warmly greet, check-in, and check out patients, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.
Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling, including recalls and treatment calls, to maintain a smooth office flow.
Dental Assisting and Clinical Support: Assist with sterilization, prepare and turn over operatories, and chair-side assisting.
Administrative Duties: Support scheduling operations, answer phone calls, handle patient inquiries, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Other responsibilities may be required

What we’re looking for:




Dental Assistant certification and chair-side experience
HARP certification (MANDATORY)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, reliable, and patient-focused attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Available to work some evenings and Saturdays

Dental receptionist: 3 years (required)
Dental assisting: 2 years (required)
