Job Summary
Join our energetic team as an Experienced Fire & Flood Technician or Laborer, where you will play a vital role in restoring properties affected by fire, water, mold, and other damages. Duties
Perform fire and water damage restoration tasks, including cleaning, debris removal, and structural drying
Conduct mold remediation and asbestos abatement procedures following safety protocols
Operate hand tools and power tools to dismantle, repair, or prepare damaged areas for restoration
Assist with carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and other specialized cleaning services
Support construction activities such as framing, drywall installation, and minor repairs during restoration projects
Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and compliant with industry standards
Document work performed and communicate progress effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements




Proven experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields preferred
Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement processes
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in restoring properties to pre-loss condition
Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license; Clear criminal record ability to travel to various job sites as needed
On call after hours work required

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
