You’ll meet the entrepreneur with a valuable idea and a shoebox of receipts.

You’ll dig into the numbers, decide whether it works, and say so.

Then you’ll stay with that file- through the strong quarters and the hard ones.

What the job actually involves
Reviewing loan applications and building the case for or against.
Due diligence- financial statements, credit, security, the full file.
Presenting recommendations to our Investment Review Committee.
Coaching business owners through start-up, expansion, and succession.
Monitoring the portfolio and acting early when something slips.

What we’re looking for

We care about what you’ve done, not where you studied. If you’ve analyzed business financials and worked directly with owners- in lending, banking, accounting, advising, or running your own shop- we want to hear from you.

You'll need sound judgment and the confidence to defend a recommendation.

Pay: $59,000.00-$64,500.00 per year
