Duties
Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and makeup application to meet individual client needs.
Provide specialized services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair styling to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
Educate guests on skincare routines, product benefits, and recommend retail products tailored to their skin type and preferences.
Conduct product demos and upsell services or retail items to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.




Deliver exceptional guest services by greeting clients warmly, addressing inquiries professionally, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, check-ins, and managing client flow to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar beauty or skincare role.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a clean work setting.
Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling with precision.
Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and product recommendations effectively.
Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques to promote products confidently.
Hospitality-minded attitude with a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
