We are hiring for Oyatsumi cafe across from Bakery Nakamura.
We are looking to fill a position that covers preparing desserts, cashier, and barista. If you enjoy keeping busy and want to help grow a small local business, we would love to hear from you!
Duties:
prepare desserts by following recipes, be able to work well with coworkers
produce quality and consistent products, attention to details
maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
prepare drinks efficiently and accurately
provide excellent customer service, be positive, understanding and considerate
be able to multitask and jump between the 3 roles when needed
Requirements:
baking and pastry arts graduate
previous baking or pastry experience
must be able to communicate with customers properly
Robust knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques,
and baking principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team
