Position:

Full-time - 3rd Year Apprentice or Journeyman Transportation/Heavy Duty Mechanic

Trailer Mechanic

Location:

Vermilion AB

Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on highway tractors and trailers
Complete CVIP inspections (if certified)
Troubleshoot electrical, air, and hydraulic systems
Conduct preventative maintenance and detailed service reports
Ensure repairs meet safety, quality, and manufacturer standards




Work independently and as part of a team to maintain fleet readiness

Requirements:
Trailer Mechanic certification
3rd year apprentice or journeyman ticket (Transportation/Heavy Duty)
CVIP certification an asset
Experience with truck and trailer systems, diagnostics, and general repair
Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Ability to work safely and follow company procedures
Valid driver's licence
