Key Responsibilities
Spray closed-cell foam insulation on residential and commericial projects
Repair equipment such as spray guns and pumps (preferred, not required)
Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently
Communicate with the team and follow instructions
Wear and maintain proper PPE at all times
Prepare job sites for insulation application (e.g., masking, covering surfaces, setting up equipment).
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Requirements
Valid Spray Foam Certification (required)
2+ year experience in spray foam Insulation
Physically fit (able to lift 50+ lbs)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
A robust work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
Genuine interest in learning a skilled trade and growing with a company.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lbs, moving 550 lbs barrels around, working in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces), and on ladders/scaffolding.
Punctual, reliable, and committed to safety.
