We are seeking a skilled Shop Technician to join our team and keep our operations running smoothly. Duties
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment such as lawn care equipment, pleasure craft, and powersports vehicles
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using schematics and technical manuals
Conduct accurate repair procedures, assembly, and disassembly of components to facilitate repairs or upgrades
Operate power tools and hand tools safely to complete maintenance tasks efficiently
Heavy lifting of parts and equipment using appropriate lifting devices while adhering to safety protocols (overhead cranes)




Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance and operational readiness

Requirements
Proven experience working in a dealership or shop workplace with a focus on lawn care and/or marine
Strong mechanical knowledge across various equipment types
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, electrical systems, engine systems schematics interpretation, and component assembly
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or other machinery safely and effectively
Familiarity with repair techniques and diagnostic tools is highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed
Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
