The senior baker will be responsible to prepare recipes from scratch in a production workplace. Previous experience should include preparing a variety of baked goods including cookies and squares and loaves.

Responsibilities include:
Weigh, measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality.
Prepare cookie doughs, yeast dough for buns, and batters for squares with precision.
Operate mixers, ovens, and proofing/dehydrator.
Decorate cookies.
Monitor baking process and adjust for timing and temperature.
Inspect finished products for quality, consistency and presentation.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.

Requirements:
The candidate must have experience in a bakery (2 years).




⁠⁠Be able to work independently.
Have a valid driver's license and can drive (asset but not required).
Fluent in English.
Formal training or a diploma in pastry is a requirement.
