We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities. Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
Support clients with medication administration following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences, ensuring proper hygiene during meal times
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote mental well-being
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning client living spaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to prevent injury for both clients and caregivers
Document care provided accurately in client records,



including any changes in condition or behavior

Skills
Previous experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly valued
Strong background in senior care, home care, or caregiving roles with a focus on compassionate support
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia care needs
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client needs while maintaining professionalism
