Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Clerk to join our team. As a Cashier/Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a Full Time position - 5 x shifts per week *store is closed every Sunday.

MUST HOLD VALID WORK AUTHORIZATION AT TIME OF APPLICATION

Duties:
Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
Maintain an organized cash register area
Assist customers in locating products and answering their inquiries
Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
Ensure shelves are stocked and products are neatly displayed
Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges

Skills:
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred




Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a qualified manner
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of technology products is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well within a team
