Functional Production Support (L1 & L2). Positive hands on experience of Production Support and Processes.
Robust Analytics, Written and Communication skills.
Sound Technical skills including SQL & Unix
Business Analyst Requirement Gathering, Prepare BRD & business scenarios etc. - Good to have
Functional Testing Preparing Test scenarios and perform functional testing. - Good to have
