We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to design and build an operational management console that bridges backend data services with an intuitive, action-oriented frontend. In this role, you will be responsible for creating robust RESTful APIs, implementing state machine workflows, and delivering resilient user interfaces tailored for day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement structured, high-performance RESTful APIs in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST).
Model and enforce validated state transitions (e.g., outreach workflows) and maintain modular heuristic scoring services.
Build efficient, server-side pagination, sorting, and filtering mechanisms over datasets.
Develop responsive, single-page client applications (React, Vue, TypeScript) with clean component separation and transparent UI/API boundaries.
Implement clear data visualizations (risk indicators, factor breakdowns), responsive loading states, and graceful error handling across the UI.
Write automated unit tests for business logic and API endpoints, configure structured logging,



and ensure sensible HTTP status code handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Python with practical experience building APIs using modern web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django REST).
Understanding of asynchronous programming, multi-threading, or non-blocking I/O handling.
Robust proficiency in up-to-date JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend component frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Svelte).
Experience managing client-side data fetching, caching, loading states, and error handling.
Demonstrated ability to enforce clear separation of concerns across route handlers, business services, and data layers.
Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks
Ability to document technical decisions, explain architectural trade-offs, and outline system scalability paths.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
