Service Manager – West Coast Nissan

West Coast Nissan, a division of the West Coast Auto Group, is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team full-time!

The successful candidate will:
Lead, motivate and coach Service Department team members with a positive, hands-on leadership style
Provide ongoing training, support and development to department staff
Oversee daily Service Department operations and workflow
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and promptly address customer concerns when required
Help drive department performance, productivity and profitability
Build a positive, accountable and team-oriented work environment
Communicate effectively with customers, employees and dealership management
Maintain a high level of organization while managing multiple priorities
Be comfortable working with dealership technology and computer systems

What We're Looking For
Previous automotive service experience
Previous leadership or management experience is considered a robust asset
Strong coaching and team-building abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills




Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced dealership workplace
Self-motivated, dependable and solutions-oriented
A genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
