Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients efficiently.
Cook food items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as marinating, seasoning, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
Support the serving staff by ensuring timely preparation of dishes for service.
Adhere to all restaurant policies regarding food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.




Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed.

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food service environment.
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours.
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure consistent quality of dishes served.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per hour
