About Us

We are a licensed child care program dedicated to providing high-quality early learning and care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Our program is guided by Alberta’s Early Learning and Child Care Act and the FLIGHT: Alberta Early Learning and Care Framework, ensuring children thrive in a protected, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate, play-based programs that promote children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through open and respectful communication.
Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of children at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom setting.
Document children’s learning, development, and experiences through portfolios and daily communication with families.
Collaborate with the team to create inclusive strategies that support children of diverse abilities and backgrounds.





Qualifications
Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 1, 2 or 3 certification (required).
Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
Valid Child Care First Aid Certification (must be maintained current).
Strong knowledge of Alberta’s licensing requirements and early learning best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Ability to mentor and guide educators at Level 1 and 2.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour
