Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and quality standards
Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Assist with food plating, garnishing, and portioning to meet customer expectations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs




Follow food safety guidelines diligently to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours

Experience
Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is preferred
Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards is essential
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation is advantageous
Experience working in the food industry or a restaurant workplace demonstrates adaptability and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of food safety practices and serving standards
