Payless Electronics is looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will assist customers with product selection, answer questions, process sales, maintain product displays, and help ensure a positive in-store shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with electronics and enjoys helping customers find the right products.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service
Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
Explain product features, specifications, and differences between models
Answer customer questions regarding electronics, accessories, warranties, and product condition
Process sales transactions accurately
Maintain clean and organized product displays
Restock shelves and assist with inventory organization
Help identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
Assist with returns, exchanges, and basic customer service inquiries
Maintain accurate product pricing and signage
Support online order pickups and in-store fulfillment when required
Work with the warehouse and management team to confirm product availability
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail workplace




Perform other sales and store duties as required

Requirements
Solid communication and customer service skills
Friendly, skilled, and confident when speaking with customers
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable learning about electronics and technology products
Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods
Previous retail, sales, electronics, or customer service experience is an asset
Knowledge of consumer electronics is an asset but not required
