Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Driver/Helper with Renovation Knowledge to assist our delivery team in providing exceptional service to our customers. This role involves supporting the driver with loading, unloading, and delivering products while ensuring a smooth and productive delivery process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle, ensuring safe handling of all items.
Help navigate delivery routes and communicate effectively with the driver to ensure timely deliveries.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from customers.
Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse area.
Support warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and equipment handling.
Operate forklifts or other machinery when necessary (if certified).

Qualifications




EXPERIENCE AS A HANDYMAN OR KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CONSTRUCTION
GOOD ORGANIZER
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including early mornings or late evenings as required.
A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
