My realty is a professional property management company, with buildings all over Montreal.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Rental Agent to join our team. The Rental Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with rental inquiries, post listings, take in office visits and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:
Greet customers and assist them in selecting appropriate rental options

-Fill and follow up with rental applications
Provide information on rental terms and conditions
Negotiate residential lease agreements with customers
Handle customer inquiries and issues in a qualified manner

Skills:
Sales management abilities to promote rentals and upsell additional services
Ability to negotiate effectively with customers on rental terms
Experience in outside sales or retail sales is a plus




Knowledge of market trends to recommend competitive rental rates

This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic setting where you can utilize your sales and administrative skills to excel as a Rental Agent.

Candidate must have 2 years experience in residential apartment/condo rentals.
English and French is required

Pay: $16.10-$30.21 per hour
