We are currently looking for a Building Cleaner to join our growing cleaning team. This is a subcontract position working in residential apartment buildings.
Job Responsibilities:
Cleaning residential apartment common areas
Mopping lobbies and hallways
Garbage removal
Vacuuming carpets
Cleaning laundry rooms
Ensuring buildings are maintained to a high standard
(For Team Lead) Supervising staff and ensuring tasks are completed properly
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning experience preferred
Team lead or supervisory experience is an asset
Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible
Able to work independently
Must have valid documentation to work as a subcontractor
