The Review Counsel will lead law students through practical learning experiences, assisting with legal documentation and community service initiatives. Candidates should possess robust corporate/commercial legal skills and a commitment to supporting student development.

Key Responsibilities:



• Guide student caseworkers in legal service delivery • Assess and provide feedback on student work • Maintain direct oversight of client legal files • Engage in community outreach and legal education • Develop curriculum to enhance student learning

Requirements: • Juris Doctor or LL.B. with Law Society of Ontario membership • A minimum of three years of experience in corporate law • Proficient in communication and professional standards • Teaching background and supervision experience preferred • Familiarity with community legal resources is beneficial
