We are seeking an experienced, qualified, organized, and attentive server to join our dynamic front-of-house team. Servers are essential to delivering an exceptional dining experience, guiding guests through our unique Rodizio-style service, and providing attentive, high-quality hospitality throughout the meal.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and explain the Brazilian rodizio dining concept
Take drink and dessert orders, enter them in the POS system, and ensure prompt delivery
Respond to guest needs, refill beverages, explicit plates, and monitor table satisfaction
Coordinate with grill team, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Present the bill to guests and accept payment
Serve food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service station
Assist with pre-shift setups and closing duties as assigned
Mandatory Requirements
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
Strong English communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
Previous serving experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant
Wine knowledge or sommelier training
Familiarity with POS systems and order-taking apps
Experience in high-volume or upscale dining settings
Physical Demands
Work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
Safely lift, carry and serve trays frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.
