Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and possess the mechanical knowledge necessary to operate various tools and equipment effectively. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial properties through various lawn care tasks.

Crew Lead - We are also hiring for a team leader. Must have full open availability, 1 year of lawn maintenance experience & 2 years of experience managing people, and a valid driver's license with a clean abstract.

Responsibilities
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete various landscaping projects.
Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure optimal growth and health of plants.
Dig, plant, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees as needed.
Build and maintain garden features such as pathways, retaining walls, and decorative elements.
Conduct regular inspections of lawns to identify issues such as pests or diseases.
Maintain equipment in positive working condition through routine cleaning and minor repairs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.

Qualifications
Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
Robust communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.45-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
