Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and support the overall efficiency of meal service. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and adheres to food safety standards.

Duties
Assist cooks and chefs in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food handling practices meet health regulations.
Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to the kitchen manager.
Support the cooking staff during busy service times by providing timely assistance as needed.




Participate in cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to ensure a hygienic work workplace.

Experience
Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is a plus.
Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to learn from experienced kitchen staff.
