As a Sales Associate, you will support with client service, sales and operations functions of your store. Your primary focus will be selling and overall customer experience. You will support hitting daily targets by achieving personal sales goals through customer service that aligns with company concepts and culture to drive maximum profitability and compliance with company goals and priorities.
Responsibilities:
Sales Generation
Provide exceptional client experience by executing OAK+FORT Sales Culture
Build and manage client relationships through client database recording
Be a brand ambassador by keeping up with current arrivals, product knowledge, and wearing current merchandise
Drive sales through OAK+FORT eCommerce purchases and social media platforms
Maximize sales during special events and customer services
Process cash desk operations with engagement, efficiency, and accuracy
Store Functionality
Participate in stock room set-up and organization
Ensure the right quantity of stock is in the right place at the right time
Maintain proper presentation of merchandise in accordance with corporate directives
Efficiently and accurately support with shipping and receiving of merchandise
Perform inventory counts upon corporate office direction
Support cleanliness and maintenance of physical store to create a protected and comfortable shopping experience
Adhere to loss prevention policies to prevent external and internal theft
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, sales and clienteling
Trendsetting, creative and fashion forward
Ability to influence and drive results
