Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative, assisting customers with product inquiries, sales transactions, and technical support. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help drive sales growth while ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their electrical equipment needs
Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos and technical advice
Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash or card payments responsibly
Promote upselling opportunities by recommending complementary products and solutions




Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and accessibility
Manage inventory levels on the sales floor and coordinate stock replenishment as needed
Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or providing support remotely

Experience
Prior retail sales experience, especially in technology or electrical products, is preferred
Proven ability to conduct product demos and explain technical features clearly
Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
Solid communication skills with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Experience with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills are essential
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
