Become a vital part of the Mt Seymour experience as a part time Rental Technician this winter season. Provide exceptional service while ensuring ski and snowboard equipment is perfectly adjusted for all guests.
Reporting to the Rentals Lead Supervisor, this seasonal role runs from November to April for those aged 17 and older. You will be tasked with adjusting bindings, verifying equipment quality, and creating memorable skiing experiences for our guests. Your role will require skilled communication and a friendly demeanor to ensure everyone has a fantastic visit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fit ski and snowboard boots for maximum guest comfort
• Adjust equipment based on guests' specific needs




• Ensure all rental liability forms are properly signed
• Provide detailed attention to first-time skiers and snowboarders
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the rental area
Requirements:
• Must lift 40 lbs and sustain physical activity
• Stand for 8-hour shifts
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Available during holiday breaks and various shifts
• Certified HEAD/Tyrolia technician is a plus
