Duties
Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using schematics and technical manuals to identify issues accurately.
Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical components.
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
Assist with vehicle inspections, including visual checks and system tests to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Handle heavy lifting tasks safely when replacing parts or moving equipment around the shop.
Maintain detailed records of all work performed,



including parts used and repair procedures followed.
Support team members with vehicle assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting tasks as needed.

Skills
Proven dealership or automotive repair experience demonstrating robust mechanical knowledge.
Proficiency in using schematics, technical diagrams, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
Skilled in welding, assembly, and the use of various hand tools and power tools for repair tasks.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics.
Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs.
Knowledge of maintenance procedures for different vehicle makes and models.
Strong problem-solving skills with an energetic approach to tackling complex repair challenges.
