Job: Construction General Labourer
Location: Kingston, ON (John Counter Blvd and Lappan's Lane)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Job Overview

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Construction General Labourers to join a construction team in Kingston, Ontario. This is a hands-on position suitable for candidates with previous construction, labour, or general site experience.

Responsibilities
Assist skilled tradespeople and construction workers with daily site activities
Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment
Perform general site cleanup and maintain a protected, organized work area
Use basic hand tools and construction equipment as required
Assist with demolition, material handling, digging, lifting, and other physical tasks
Follow directions from supervisors and site leads
Support various construction activities as assigned




Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Requirements
Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset
Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
CSA-approved safety footwear required
Construction-related safety training or certifications are an asset
