We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen setting. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation according to restaurant standards
Cook menu items efficiently and accurately, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to maintain a secure kitchen environment
Assist with meal assembly, plating, and garnishing as needed
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by providing timely assistance




Adhere to all health regulations and company policies related to food service and safety

Skills
Experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service setting preferred
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory for motivated learners
