We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to join our energetic team! As a Sanitation Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our product safety for our customers, and providing a healthy and clean workplace for all employees. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Adhering to safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies and procedures
Deep cleaning of processing machinery; including disassembly and reassembly of filling equipment
Utilizing equipment for proper facilities maintenance including a floor sweeper




Completing sanitation logs and reporting deviations to the Supervisor and Quality Assurance department.
To ensure all raw materials, packaging and finished goods are removed from the line for proper cleaning
Adhere to safety practices when using cleaning chemicals
Help janitors with garbage cleanup when necessary
Ensure quality of cleaning meets company standards
Cleaning of common area
Other duties as assigned by Sanitation Supervisor

Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude
Fluent in written and verbal English communication
Able to work night shift inclusive of weekends
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis, work with cleaning agents and other chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines, and requires constant standing, frequent bending, pushing/pulling, and manual dexterity

Work Location: In person
Commercial Facilities Cleaners: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: From $21.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
