We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Salesperson to join our dealership team.

The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle. Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but we are also open to motivated individuals with strong sales and customer-service skills.

Requirements
Valid OMVIC registration is required to apply.
Previous automotive sales experience is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Valid driver's licence.
Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying process.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.




Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing, and available options.
Follow up with leads, internet inquiries, and previous customers.
Negotiate and close vehicle sales.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial contact through delivery.
Work with the management and finance teams to complete transactions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
