Job Summary

Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials around the worksite to ensure timely delivery for ongoing tasks
Prepare work areas by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing tools and supplies for daily operations
Support tradespeople by holding materials, operating basic equipment under supervision, and performing routine tasks as directed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards promptly
Assist in site cleanup at the end of shifts, including waste disposal and organizing tools for the next day’s work




Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Support other team members with miscellaneous duties to keep projects moving forward smoothly

Skills
Solid physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to construction sites
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and reliably
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
Reliable punctuality and a robust work ethic committed to completing tasks on time
Nice-to-have: prior experience in construction or manual labor roles, or relevant certifications such as css safety training
