Responsibilities
Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information

Conduct data entry accurately to record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our systems
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that meet customer needs while enhancing their experience
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening to ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze customer concerns to identify patterns or areas for process improvement
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or related roles, with a passion for helping others
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend solutions effectively
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
Knowledge of phone etiquette and qualified conduct during customer interactions
